RoqFin and custom team product policy

 

RoqFin Returns

You may request a RoqFin return within 21 days after delivery. You may try RoqFin in the pool before deciding to return it.

Customers pay return shipping.  A $5.99 restocking fee is deducted from either the refund or store credit.  This fee is waived for defective products.

Custom swimsuits and custom products

These terms apply to all custom swimsuits and custom team products sold by RoqSwim including Agon suits.

Return requests must be made within 21 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in like-new condition. Swimsuits cannot be returned after swimming in them.

All returns require approval before shipping.  A 20% restocking fee may apply; any applicable fee will be disclosed when your return is approved.

Customers pay return shipping and any shipping charges for replacement items, except when RoqSwim made an error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Custom Order Changes and Cancellations

Custom orders are made specifically for you. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If a change or cancellation fee may apply.

How to Request a Return

Email moonwaves22@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. For defective or incorrect items, include photographs.

Please contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm applicable fees. For exchanges, contact us to arrange the return and a replacement order.

Approved returns will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

Your Rights

The policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection or warranty laws.
